Located an hour outside of Chicago, this beautiful space has a full-service recording studio to shoot a range of videos and podcasts, all inside of a cozy 2-bedroom home with a full kitchen on the waterfront of McHenry County.
Whether you are creating content for YouTube, TikTok, Reels, or any other marketing campaigns, the 12' x 12' recording space in the basement area is fully sound proof, and includes lighting, tripods, and microphones.
There are 3 different backdrops (white, black, and wood), and multiple decor items to choose from so you can personalize the space for your brand.

A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings. The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities. High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected. Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed. Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning.
