Our spacious three bedroom, three and a half duplex is perfect for small meetings, commercial filming, wedding photography and more. Located in a 1920's landmark in the middle of Gold Coast, our property provides plenty of charm with modern, luxurious finishes. The living space on the first floor provides 1000sqft with a dining room table for six people, a large kitchen with large island, a half bath, and a working gas fireplace. The space also has a couch large enough for three people, along with two wingback chairs in the living room. The kitchen counter while large, only has seating for two. On the second floor of the unit, there is three bedrooms with three full bathrooms.
