Our conference room is brand new as of October 2023. It features single conference table that can be broken into 6 tables for training space (please see other listing for training room) and in it's conference room configuration, can comfortably seat 18. There are extra seats and two small couches that raise total occupancy to 26. The room is complete with a smart TV with airplay connectivity, HDMI cables, and also a camera for zoom meetings. The space has near floor to ceiling glass with southern exposure, creating a space with unmatched natural light. Roller shades are installed to help maintain the light coming in. Double doors open to the patio, creating a wonderful indoor/outdoor space.

The Link in Oldtown uses a professional cleaning team both for the entire building and for specific locations when needed to due bookings. The management team also maintains the cleanliness of the space by doing routine checks throughout the day and cleaning areas and surfaces when needed. Please maintain the space and leave it in the condition it was found.

Standard 30 jours
Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation jusqu'à 30 jours avant l'heure de début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement intégral (y compris tous les frais) du prix de leur réservation. Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation de 30 jours à 7 jours avant le début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement de 50 % (frais non compris) du prix de leur réservation.
