Large windows allow for natural light as well as the ability to blackout the space with remote controlled motorized blackout shades. Inkub8’s current home was originally built as the mechanics shop of a prominent general contractor in the boom/bust era of 1970’s/1980’s Miami. Before transforming the current space into an expansive dance studio, Inkub8 planted a flag in the Wynwood Arts district from 2008-2015. Neighborhood details Centrally located in Miami’s Little Haiti neighborhood, the studio offers easy access from Miami Beach, South Beach, Midtown Miami, Design District, Little River, Wynwood, Allapattah, I-95, and Biscayne Blvd. The Studio is located in a commercial district of Little Haiti with a variety of food options right out the door!
