There is even a Meyer lemon tree with fruit available to pick! The back-story: I grew up in this home, recently inherited it, and live here part-time with my dog and teenager. All the rooms have a new coat of paint and the hardwood floors refinished to give the house a fresh feel. Much of the furniture and décor remains, from the Mid-Century nesting tables to the 70’s macrame lamp shade. There is parking available in the driveway or on the street in front of the house. (Please do refrain from parking in front of neighbors’ homes). Bustling Solano Avenue is just a couple of blocks away, which has all the amenities you'll need for your workday.
