Historic Italianate Mansion on the Prairie

Duncan Manor is an 1866 historic Italianate Farmhouse that is available for photography, videography, film, and private event rental. Three rooms on the first floor as well as the grand staircase, second and third floor landings, and a tower room on the third floor are all available, as well as the exterior porches and the grounds. This house photographs phenomenally. It has 60 6-7 foot windows, so there is tons of natural light all throughout the day. It is also a beautiful space for dinner or cocktail parties, and micro weddings. The grand central staircase is the real MVP. It spirals up the center of the house and you can see all the way to the top from the first floor foyer.
