The Duke and Duke Boardroom is located along the Avenue of the Arts just steps from City Hall and conveniently accessible from all public transportation. The room boasts original wood flooring that was restored from the 1920s, ceiling heights over 22 feet tall and large windows overlooking Broad Street. The room is furnished with a 98-inch HDMI compatible monitor suitable for large meetings, presentations and more. The space allows for a variety of configurations and event types, and the nearby kitchenette provides room for catering. The perfect space for corporate meetings/events/trainings, team building activities, cocktail receptions, charity fundraisers and much more.

We prioritize eco-friendly disposal methods, recycling where possible, to minimize our environmental impact. Surface Sanitization: All surfaces, including tables, chairs, countertops, and other furniture, undergo a rigorous sanitization process. We use high-quality, non-toxic cleaning agents that eliminate germs and ensure a hygienic environment for the next gathering. Floor Care: Flooring is a focal point of our cleaning process. Carpets are vacuumed and treated for stains, while hard surfaces are swept, mopped, and polished to restore their original luster. Special attention is given to high-traffic areas to maintain a pristine appearance. Restroom Refinement: Restrooms are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, with a focus on fixtures, mirrors, and high-touch surfaces. We replenish toiletries and ensure a fresh and inviting ambiance. Kitchen and Catering Spaces: For venues equipped with kitchens or catering areas, our team ensures these spaces are immaculate. Appliances, countertops, and utensils are cleaned and sanitized, and any remaining food items are appropriately stored or disposed of.
