Our home is equipped with tons of amenities for you and your traveling companions. We worked hard to make sure you feel right at home in a clean, comfortable, spacious, and relaxing space. The kitchen will come stocked with: -Silverware, plates, bowls, knives, glasses, wine glasses, cookware, utensils, and some baking supplies. -Basic appliances: Stove, Dishwasher, Fridge, Toaster & Microwave, Washer & Dryer. -There is a coffee maker on site in the kitchen with complimentary coffee for our guests to enjoy, along with sweetener and creamer. -There is a blender located in the kitchen cabinets if you would like to make smoothies or other blended drinks. We understand the importance of a comfortable and safe stay for families with young children. To make your stay as hassle-free as possible, we provide the following family amenities: -Baby gate to keep your little ones from accessing restricted areas -Baby bath for easy and convenient washing -Baby monitor to keep an ear out while your little one sleeps -Babysitter recommendations for when you need some adult time (must be requested) -High chair to keep your baby safe and comfortable during mealtime -Kids silverware to make mealtime fun and easy for your little ones -Outlet covers for added safety -Children's books and toys to keep your little ones entertained -Foldable baby changing station for easy diaper changes -Life-size games for family fun -Books and reading materials for when you need some quiet time -Travel crib and pack 'n play for a comfortable and safe sleeping environment Guest access Walking: If you're traveling within the immediate vicinity, walking can be a convenient and enjoyable way to get around. It allows you to explore the neighborhood and experience its surroundings at a leisurely pace. Bicycling: Philadelphia has a bike-friendly infrastructure, with bike lanes and bike-sharing programs available. You can rent a bike from various stations throughout the city and cycle to your desired destinations, including parks, shops, and nearby neighborhoods. Public Transportation: The Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) operates buses, trolleys, and the subway system (known as the "Market-Frankford Line" or "MFL") in Philadelphia. You can use SEPTA to travel to different parts of the city, including popular attractions and downtown areas. Other things to note We apologize, but due to recent events in the area involving parties, and with having the utmost respect for our neighbors and community, we are no longer able to accept bookings from local guests. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation made by local guests. It is highly recommended that guest purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of emergency/bad weather, Covid-19 bans/restrictions, etc. as NO REFUNDS/EXCEPTIONS outside of our stated cancellation policy will be given unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. Pre-approved late check-out (up until noon only) is $50; please send us a request at least 2 hours before your check-out time so we can check our availability and notify our cleaner. We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest. Without this verification we reserve the right to cancel your booking. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit of $500.00 or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. of $35.00 We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking .
