Rental Details: 💰 Venue Rental Fee: $300/hour - minimum 4 hour rental 🧼 Cleaning Fee: $120 per rental Site Supervisor Fee: $160 - minimum for 4 hours, then $40 each additional - REQUIRED for all events Security Guard Fee: $255 - minimum for 5 hours, then $45 each additional hour - ONLY required for events with 101-175 attendees - we will connect you with the security guard company to book and pay them directly 🛋️ Private Lounge Available: NO EXTRA COST 🍷 If serving alcohol, clients obtain an SOP from the AGCO website and will need to purchase event insurance from a site like Duuo or PAL. ⌚︎ Rentals can go as late as 2 a.m. and our end of night protocol is: - Last Call at 12:30 a.m. - Lights On/Guests Depart by 1:15 a.m. - Clean Up until 2 a.m. Extra time is charged at $400.00 per hour, calculated 15 minutes after the end time to account for venue costs. 📩 Serious inquiries only – Contact us to book your event!
