This Versatile beautiful venue, is centrally located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan in the fashion district, near all public transportation, just steps from Port Authority, Times Square and Penn Station. This space works well for birthday celebrations, reunions, bridal showers, church activities, meetings, small shows, book release, music release parties, film screening and much more. It comes equipped with: lighting, sound system (bluetooth ) chairs and tables. Beautifully decorated to work with every type of event. the space is about 500+ Sq feet, with a maximum capacity of 40 people. Wheelchair accessible and directly in front of the elevator. CLEANING and FEES: All events, require either a fee of $125.00 for us to do the cleaning or a $200.00 RCD (Refundable Cleaning Deposit) prior to the start of the event. This will ensure the space is left in good condition and cleaned after the event has ended. This $200 RCD will be refunded to you within 24hrs of the end of the event. IMPORTANT: Cleaning: general sweeping , moping and cleaning, disposing of trash bags. if food and drinks, decorations are left behind, spills of food and drinks on the floor or walls, there will be a minimum extra charge of $250.00, this does not include damaged items. To add the cleaning fees to your booking, you will find the option in ADD ON. Please note, this fee is for general purpose cleaning. Guest to provide their own table covers.
