Throughout the property, pristine white stucco walls, exposed brick, white wooded beams, and a vintage striped awning provide a versatile canvas for a variety of backdrops in one space. When it's time for a quick wardrobe change, makeup and hair styling, or bathroom break, there is an outdoor shower and bathroom along the side of the house which is the perfect place for a staging area. The pool stretches long and wide with a shallow and deep end, offering ample space to capture stunning underwater shots or showcase swimwear and resort wear. The pristine aqua blue pool is yours to use, but please note that it is not heated. If inclement weather such as rain threatens to dampen your shoot, we're here to accommodate. On rainy days, rest assured that all outdoor furniture will be carefully covered and temporarily unavailable for use, ensuring they're in perfect condition for your next visit. Some more standout features: • The home sits on half an acre of land • There is a large grass front and backyard with beautiful trees and sunset views from the top of the backyard. • The patio off the back of the house is completely covered with a retractable awning and includes and large teak dining table that can seat up to 8 people. • The backyard continues onto a terraced hillside so there's no neighbors looking into the yard. • We have three 72" round folding tables and 20+ extra plastic chairs which can be set up for additional uses. • There are outdoor speakers available for your use and many electrical outlets in various areas of the yard.
