This updated mid-century modern 1948 Trousdale architectural house is located on a quiet street just a few minutes from downtown Palm Springs. We set it up to be very family friendly with our own young kids in mind. There is a childproof fence around the pool that can be removed for an additional fee. Gorgeous sleek mid century design, indoor outdoor classic Palm Springs feel, with gorgeous views of the mountains from the living room, dining room, backyard and side yard. Grass backyard, large original size/design 1950s pool, fire pit, jacuzzi and more. The spacious yard wraps around the house, while the entire property is walled. Located in the desirable Tahquitz River Estates neighborhood of Palm Springs. One level mid century modern home with a spacious and very comfortable floorplan. Enter into the large living room with built in book shelf and office nook. To the left you’ll find the huge dining room (seats 10) with matching kids table. The living room and dining area are framed with tall windows facing the wonderful yard. Inside, the dining room leads to the kitchen and then the bonus area playroom/den and full size brand new laundry. The bedroom wing is located on the opposite side of the living room. The master bedroom has a cal king bed, direct access to the yard and en suite bathroom with separate shower and bathtub. Directly across the hall is the “pink room” which is perfect for kids or two adults, with 2 twin beds. The third bedroom has a queen bed and en suite bathroom with a shower and direct access to the side yard - a short cut to the jacuzzi and outdoor shower. There’s a hall bathroom that services guests and the “pink room” which has a shower/bath combo. The yard is a mini paradise with another large dining table (seats 10), lounge area, BBQ, kids playhouse, grassy yard, yoga/workout area and of course the over sized pool (with Mountain View’s), above ground jacuzzi and our brand new firepit area in “The Orchard”.
