Grandma's Beach House with Waterfront Views

Grandma's beach house has 5 bedrooms each with their own palette and tons of natural light throughout! Whites, blues, pinks, greens, wood paneling, and a private beach! The five bedrooms are cozy and decorated in their own color palette with a vintage ceiling. The living room has original wooden furniture, light & airy hardwood floors, and white walls with recessed lighting on a dimmer. The kitchen is modern with grays, white cabinets, and the house's original wooden table. The beach gets medium-sized waves and is white, sandy, and cleaned regularly from seaweed and garbage. Sunrise and sunsets make great golden-hour shoots. The backyard is a big space with beautiful grass, trees, shrubbery, and a clothes line. Driveway has pastel-colored natural rock, a white wooden garage with accent lighting, and a quaint farm-style fence that makes it easy to load-in/out. Outside of the porch is a big deck with wrap-around benches overlooking the water and a beautiful grassy front yard that leads to an outdoor shower. Stars are visible at night. In addition to the beach in front of the house, there's a pleasant community pathway on the side of the house that also leads to the beach. It's filled with sand, small rocks, and a chain link fence on either side. Around the corner is a community marina with a boat dock. - Tons of natural light! - Closets in the bedrooms have ample space to prep clothes - Driveway easily parks 5 cars (Please, no parking on the street) - 12 min drive from Riverhead train station, and 11 minutes from Mattituck (2 hours from NYC via Long Island Railroad) private shuttle is available from the venue.
