Modern office-lounge production studio in Woodland Hills, in the heart of the San Fernando Valley and minutes from the greater Los Angeles area. This roughly 1,400 sq ft creative space is built for video production, commercials and branded content, interviews, talking-head videos, podcasts and video podcasts, YouTube and social content, photo shoots, and office-style scenes. The space accommodates up to 15 guests. The main rentable area is a polished office-lounge room with light-grey walls, wood-look flooring, black leather seating, a glossy black coffee table, framed wall art, and a wall-mounted TV. On camera it reads instantly as a sleek corporate office, executive lounge, or waiting room — a ready-to-shoot backdrop for interviews, branded content, and lifestyle setups without building a set. The layout makes it easy to create more than one setup in a single booking. Green screen / chroma key: The studio can be configured with a green screen for keying and virtual backgrounds — ideal for content creators, brand work, commercials, and shoots that need a flexible or custom background in post. Chroma key / green screen setup is available as an add-on and should be requested in advance. Lighting: Fixed studio lighting is included with every booking. Additional portable floor lighting is available as a paid add-on when your production needs more control. Makeup / grooming: A makeup mirror with table and chair is available on site for light makeup, grooming, and touch-ups. Live production control room: A live production control room may be available for select bookings with required technical staff and approved in-house camera setup. Not included in the standard studio rental. The control room is not self-service — it requires our technical staff on site and use of our approved in-house camera/setup, and live broadcast support is not included in the hourly studio rental. A staff kitchen sits behind a separating wall and door; kitchen use is limited and must be approved in advance. Easy load-in for camera gear, lighting, props, and wardrobe. Access: Street-level access with a freight elevator available in the building, and public transportation nearby. Parking: Paid parking is available at the building and is not included in your booking. Please review the parking notes before you arrive. Hours: Bookable 8 AM – 9 PM daily. Booking: 4-hour minimum. Add-ons are available for extra floor lighting, chroma key / green screen setup, interview and podcast staging, studio staging, and on-site production assistance.
