Two Rural Cottages surrounded by Native Gardens in Beautiful Mornington Peninsula Farm Country

Our Studios offer a boutique vacation stay perfectly positioned in the Mornington Peninsula village of Balnarring. Close to the famous vineyards, restaurants, beaches, and farm gates of the region, we have an Acerage lifestyle property with beautiful native garden surrounds. While we generally operate as an overnight accommodation, our two studios can be rented together via Peerspace for the purposes of small events, workshops, retreats, photo and video shoots, wedding prep and photos, and most other purposes you can think of. Studio One has one king size bed with en suite, as well as living room and kitchenette. Studio Two has a king size en suite (with bathtub), as well as a queen size daybed, large living space, and kitchenette. Both studios have floor to ceiling windows, working gas fireplaces, and most essentials needed. Your rental comes with use of the front half of our property's garden, which is surrounded by native trees and plants and has large grassy areas for activities, picnics, or more. For video and photo shoots, the two spaces serve as perfect rooms for prepping, make-up, hair, wardrobe, catering/craft services, and of course- shooting! Please as inquire as to your production or event's specific needs so we can tell you honestly if we are the right space for you. The two studios connect via lockable doors through our laundry room, so you can keep the spaces separate or open the doors for free access between. We can also accommodate pets for an additional fee.
