Beautifully designed space for creatives

The rental space is an 1,800 sf open, versatile layout carefully designed for creatives of all types. The rental fee includes 7+ designed sets, a common area, a boudoir area, a photography backdrop area and a dressing room with client closet. There is an employee present during rental times. **There are no hidden fees. The minimum rental time is only one hour. ** No additional calendar or cleaning fees. **The studio also provides a very flexible cancelation policy** The 7+ designed sets are spaces that are redesigned periodically. The space designs include a faux cafe, a faux kitchen, a boho area, a vanity and much more. Please note that the sets change periodically to suite holidays, season and themes. The common area has one large table that can sit up to 8 people. An additional table and chairs can be brought in to seat up to 12 people. The additional table and chairs must be requested ahead of time. Please note that while the capacity of the studio is up to 20, seating at tables can only accommodate up to 12 comfortably. The boudoir area is for guests 18 and over only. The boudoir area has a good amount of natural light and the ability to black out the space. There is a surveillance camera in the space for security purposes. If all guests attending the space during a booking all agree, the cameras can be turned off during the guest's booking time. This can be arranged by a guest(s) written request prior to booking start time. The photography backdrop area is equipped with: • 6 backdrops on a wall mounted pulley system with several backdrop options • Neewer heavy duty stainless steel C-Stands with swivel caster wheel set • Choice of lights: continuous light or flash • Choice of Modifiers: • Selens 5-in-1 oval reflector with handle (24" x 36") • Proaim apple boxes (full, half, quarter and eighth) • Rolling stool • Rolling working desk 32"- 42" • Garment Steamer • Clothing rack, 36" • Utility cart with lint roller, sandbags, variety of clamps, sanitizer wipes, booties and gaffers tape Additional props are available for use throughout the studio as well as the use of 18" ring lights with a Bluetooth remote for your cell phone shutter. Free parking and access to restroom , Wi-Fi, and in celling stereo system are included in rental.
