This 15-acre property features a large, old dairy barn and an abandoned house. It is perfect for movie shoots and is located in a historic area known as 'Pressmen's Home', which was once the residence of the International Pressmen's Union in the early 1900s. The property previously housed a 36-bedroom French-style castle, and remnants of the walls still remain, along with an old kennel constructed for the owner's dogs. Surrounded by beautiful rolling hills, the area offers hundreds of acres of walkable woods. The property has a barn, concrete grain silo, and an old abandoned house along with acres of woods and clearings. There is also a small cemetery on the property as well.

This is an outdoor property with a barn so it is dirty and does not require cleaning. The abandoned house is in disrepair and is very dirty as well
