Mid-century modern home with tall ceilings and a secluded backyard on a half acre. Located on a cul de sac with minimal traffic, we are just outside of Pasadena in unincorporated Los Angeles, which makes pulling permits for larger film crews here a breeze. We've had everybody from Traeger Grills to Top Chef winners hosting cooking shows in our backyard, and campaigns for Target, Magic Spoon, and Venus Williams, have used the living room, sauna, and garage studio to run lifestyle + product shoots out of the house. All artwork is copyright-free or created/owned by us, there is no art on the walls that isn't cleared! The living/dining room and outdoor areas are easily accessible through a double-wide opening front door as well as outdoor pathways to allow for easy load-in. Used by Venus Williams, Mei Lin of Top Chef, Magic Spoon, IWC, Athena Club, Four Sigmatic, and more House details: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one recently renovated). 2500 sq ft, on a 1/2 acre lot.
