The landscape is professionally maintained and features ivy-covered stone walls, multiple rose gardens, brick walkways, and manicured lawns. Stone pillars, fountains, and ponds are located throughout the grounds, along with a six-foot hedge maze, large outdoor chess court, and a ceremony field with a raised loft. The estate includes two separate pool areas- one with a large pool and jacuzzi, and another featuring a combined hot and cold plunge surrounded by natural grotto-style rock. Visible throughout the property is a small-scale train track spanning approximately three miles. The track is decorative and may occasionally be operational with prior approval, though functionality is not guaranteed. The reception court is equipped with dedicated electrical outlets designed to accommodate professional lighting setups for evening or nighttime productions. Additional features include a decorative bridge and numerous stone and metal statues placed throughout the landscape.  The 4,500 sq. ft. two-story ballroom features distinct upper and lower levels suitable for filming, photography, and event use. The upper level includes a built-in bar, stone fireplace, large vintage-style furniture, and neutral floral wallpaper. One deck overlooks the hedge maze, while the opposite deck faces one of the pool areas. The lower level includes a full commercial kitchen, darker floral wallpaper, a stone fireplace, couches, and four restrooms, each with its own shower. This space can be used for filming, crew prep, changing areas, or talent holding. The ballroom also includes high ceilings, neutral finishes, and double-door entry for easy equipment load-in.  The Man Cave is constructed entirely of natural stone with a cave-style entrance framed by ivy and decorative cannon statues above. The space includes full stone walls, a fireplace, and one bathroom with a shower. It is climate-controlled and accessed through double doors that allow easy equipment entry. Bridal Suite + Grand Foyer Located inside the main house, the bridal suite includes a large bedroom with a butler bar, one bathroom, and a double-door entry. The space features three vanities for hair and makeup, lounge furniture, and bright natural light. It is commonly used for portraits, preparation, and interviews. The adjoining grand foyer features vaulted ceilings, a Romeo and Juliet–style balcony from the upper level, and a large gold chandelier as its centerpiece. The space is furnished with rich mahogany furniture and receives excellent natural light, making it well-suited for portraits, film, and content creation. Interior Spaces The main house includes seven fully furnished bedrooms, each designed with a distinct vintage theme, along with one additional makeshift bedroom equipped with an air mattress. The home accommodates up to 20 guests in total. Interior spaces include a formal dining room, full kitchen, living room, and a billiards room featuring a pool table and a conversation-pit-style lounge area. The house contains two indoor fireplaces and is fully decorated with layered, intentional vintage décor throughout, reflecting a cohesive and highly detailed design aesthetic. General Use The property accommodates photo shoots, video productions, and small private events. Ample on-site and nearby parking is available, including a wraparound driveway at the front of the main house and additional parking areas both within the property and outside the iron gates. Valet service is required for larger productions once attendance exceeds a certain headcount, determined by the scale and logistical needs of the booking.
