Located in Downtown Columbus with bright window that look out to High Street, the living room of this apartment has been converted into a boutique event space with hardwood floors, corner stage, heavy stage curtain, custom lighting, audio system, paintings and candles decor, and a flat screen television for presentations. Seating is up to about 30 guests, which have been utilized for private house concerts, music-oriented birthday parties, small DJ events, comedy nights, live streamed yoga instruction, business presentations, advisory board meetings, and pitch events for startup businesses. The seating is mostly tufted leather in brown accents, stadium-style, but purposefully not elitist feeling due to pallet risers, original South American paintings on the walls, and the community-oriented signatures of prior guests that covered the stage with silver endorsements. The full kitchen provides a bar-style benefit and optional cooking element to serve guests hors d'oeuvres, buffet style, larger plates, or drinks. More than 30 wine glasses are also stored and available in the cabinetry. Additional folding chairs are available. The audio system includes multiple mics, cables, and a 300 watt PA system that is more than sufficient for speaking or music in the room. However, in this room, guests could also hear a speaker loudly and clearly without electronic amplification. Bathroom is down the hallway on the right. Closet space for jackets and coats is located near the kitchen. The bedroom is blocked off by a hanging curtain (same as stage curtain) to support the look and fool of the event space, but can be used as additional storage when needed. We can provide wholesale pricing on CBD drinks as necessary for event producers.
