A true paradise a short drive from the GTA. Barefoot Bungalow is 1600 sq ft and boasts an open concept layout with vaulted ceilings perfect for entertaining. You will find a laundry room, a well-appointed kitchen and dining room with seating for 6 and a stone fireplace, as well as a ceiling fan and split AC system. There are 3 bedrooms each with a ceiling fan. Two of the bedrooms, each with a queen size bed and a shared bathroom as well as 1 king suite with a walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub. The property itself is secluded and serene but close to Georgian Bay. We are at the end of a court on a quiet street that inspires relaxation as well as a safe place to walk, bike, and run. The beach is only a short 5-10 minute walk away to enjoy and explore. We provide 2 cruiser bicycles, 2 kayaks and 1 paddle board (adult, child and infant lifejackets provided for safety). At the beach you will also find a lovely new playground for children. Once you're back from the beach, take a cooling outdoor shower to get all the sand off. Then, head over to the custom-built fire pit in the front garden area and put your feet up fireside. An amazing, relaxing, fun filled home awaits you for your event or filming needs.
