Live Performance Theater with Media/Streaming Capabilities

Space is used as a community church on Sundays and currently does weekly services that are streamed and recorded. To see use of the space by Living Word Ministries Community Church. The space is great for Church Services, Weddings, and can be used as an Amphitheater, Community Theater, Entertainment Venue, Lecture Hall, Performing Arts Space, Presentation Space, Seminar Room, Sound Stage, Stage, Church, Rehearsal Music Space, Recital Space, Rehearsal Theater Space. Under Media Production space can support use as a Sound Stage, Podcast Space, Recording Studio, Media Studio, Production Studio, and Live Music Recording. Under Media Production use of the space the venue includes and on site audio-visual technician to manage the equipment. The stage is equipped with an electric drum set, 3 keyboard, 1 organ, and a percussion. The venue has the following for media, streaming, and showcasing; 3 stationary video camaras, 1 automated video camera, 3 projectors & screens, 38 channel digital soundboard, lighting control computer, presentation computer for projectors. There is also a media control room to manage the sound and streaming video feed of the venues media equipment. The theater space is located within a community building and neighboring a quaint business center. Inside the theater has a 100 person capacity, amphitheater style seating, that has a warm inviting atmosphere. For a given event, access to a fully functional kitchen can be provided if needed.
