Private use of a full three bedroom home with chill and relaxation in mind. The lounge aka the snug is warm and cosy with three small sofas to stretch out on whilst watching the latest film releases or use the living area to socialize whilst cooking or dining is in progress, with a second TV in here everyone can listen to or watch what they want. Please note TVs are SMART access only with the houses very own Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts (no live TV or SKY boxes) other apps available include ITVX, BBCiPlayer, YouTube etc. Hot tub (4-6 people) available in Hosts garden, access granted by request and reasonable hours. Cold plunge pool (1 person) also available. The kitchen is the ultimate cooking/entertaining zone for freshly homecooked meals flooded with light from the Velux windows and double bifold doors bringing the outside indoors, with a large fridge, separate under-counter freezer and handy dishwasher, so longer stays are not a problem. Large L shaped bath for luxurious rain showers or hot bubble baths with the second toilet downstairs, you are sure to be left alone. The high quality bed linen and towels will ensure your comfort during your stay and give you the best nights sleep (if you don't have young children of course) Day events are allowed but must be declared as a request booking. Surcharges will apply. Can be used for birthdays, family meals, Christenings, Bridal showers, baby showers, and many more. Unauthorised events will be shutdown and asked to leave. Upto 2 dogs are also permitted but with extra charges and restrictions so please contact the host. You must book the correct number of people staying at the property and declare which beds are required as the price differs to cover the cost of bedlinen, towels, hotwater use, wear and tear etc. Booking 2 people will assume one joint bedroom and no use of the other two bedrooms
