IMPORTANT: This listing grants access exclusively to the outdoor areas of the property. The main house is not available for production use. Discover the charm of our one-acre property in Hudson, NY. We are excited to host your production or photo shoot and are committed to working closely with you to ensure the success of your project. OUTDOOR OASIS: Features a 24' x 12' pergola, a vegetable/flower garden, a 20' x 16' ivy-walled "garden room" and a storage/tool shed that doubles as a dining shed. The property is particularly well-suited for magazine photo shoots and other lifestyle content creation. The basement level includes a secondary utility kitchen, offering convenience and flexibility for food-centric projects. The basement has a separate entrance. Please inquire with the host, if interested. Explore the possibilities of this unique location, where every corner is an opportunity for your creative vision to come to life. Crew members are permitted to utilize the bathroom located on the basement level of the property. For the protection of our floors, it is mandatory to cover and safeguard them at all times. If indoors, shoe coverings or booties must be worn.

CLEANING: Cleaning fees are included in the hourly rate. Crew and guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition they found it. This includes respecting the space, cleaning up thoroughly, and removing any equipment or rentals brought in. Please factor in setup and teardown time within your booking hours. SPACE CARE: We appreciate your consideration for our space. Keep all floors covered/protected. If indoors, crew members must wear booties inside at all times. DAMAGES: Any damages to property will be charged to the credit card on file with Peerspace. GENERAL RULES: Smoking is not allowed inside. Use of glitter, confetti, or open flames is prohibited. Outside catering is allowed. Please refer to Peerspace's Terms and Conditions for all other rules.
