A cozy, quiet spot minutes from the Pacific, this studio space has 2 rooms useable for photo and video needs including one main room that has endless options. There is a dark wall side and light wall side, as well as high rails to hang backdrops. A 2'x6' skylight gives special natural lighting. Sound proofing panels are around and on the ceiling and while it's *NOT* fully soundproof, it is usually very quiet. You can sometimes hear neighbors. I have produced many podcast episodes and have never had sound issues. But could also depend on the quality of mics and overall production. The space is ideal for portrait photography, product photography, video production, podcast production, or just to use as a cozy place to meet with a client. The set walls are 8' high, and it's 10' to the drop ceiling. It's ideal for tighter shots. The default podcast set up is either against the white wall, or the dark wall. Should be noted that there is a moveable white wall that can be moved to the white set to cap it. There are a few chair options, and also a conference table if you wanted that look for podcast. Space is thoroughly cleaned in between bookings. Clorox wipes are provided and proper products are used depending on the surfaces being cleaned.
