Located in the theater district in downtown Houston, TX, our studio is accessible via MetroRail and surrounded by plenty of food and parking options.

If you are in need of an experienced model, extra photographer, or a creative director to help with styling and posing, feel free to reach out with any questions or just browse our list of add-ons.
Please select the correct number of attendees to avoid additional fees. Rental rates are based on the number of attendees set during the initial booking request. A flat fee of $100 will be assessed for each group of 1-5 additional guests if already at capacity (60). (ie 61-65 guests, extra $100. 66-70 guests, extra $200, etc).
If overtime is needed, it will be billed at time and a half.
For proposals, open flames are not permitted. If wax is poured down our sink there is an automatic fine of $200.

We will do the following prior to each booking.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean the space.
Supply a handwashing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms and entrances.
Remove garbage and add a new lining to cans.
