Event Studio - Spacious Rooms, Reception Area, and Natural Light

Large event space with lots of natural light and separate entrances! We have a large 1400 square foot room that is connected to a welcoming, intimate lobby space and has a separate, independent double door entrance directly from the parking lot that you may use for guest entrance/exit. Our space is perfect for birthday parties Receptions dance classes yoga classes Zumba classes Workshops kids activities Auditions photography or video shoots small performances and more We are located in a residential area of West Marietta in the back of a small shopping complex on the lower level. We are close enough to main roads, but do not have the noise or traffic from the street since we are hidden in the back. The 1400 square foot room has double doors leading directly into it from the parking lot and can be used as an additional, or the primary, entrance. There are floor to ceiling windows with blackout curtains on the lower 8 foot windows which can be opened, or removed, to provide for more natural light. The top windows, each 3 feet tall, can be covered with blackout curtains if necessary. We have gray ceiling track curtains available (at no additional cost) to pull across the wall of mirrors. We have two 6 foot folding tables and two 8 foot folding tables. We have 20 various types of chairs. If you need more folding tables and chairs we can suggest a third party rental service that can drop off/pick up tables and chairs. Both restrooms are accessible from the lobby and are ADA accessible. We have a sound system with amp and 2 wireless microphones available to use. Our sound system may connect via Bluetooth or auxiliary cord. We DO NOT have a KITCHEN on site. We do not permit cutting/prepping food or cooking food on the sidewalk or parking lot outside the facility. However you may bring food into the space that is ready to be setup and you may use chafing dishes for food in your setup. We DO have hot water via the sink in the bathrooms. Bounce houses are not permitted. No animals are allowed unless they are a service animal. Weapons are not allowed in the facility.
