This is a modern, stylish, well appointed brick townhome, located 15 mins north of both Tyler Perry Studios and EUE Screen Gems Studios. The area is quiet and secluded with very little passing traffic. This 3 bedroom home has one bedroom converted in to a home office, and the furniture throughout incorporates a tasteful blend of modern, contemporary and mid-century modern pieces. The extensive artwork collection is predominantly contemporary, and has been cleared for use in previous filming projects at the property. In each case I am able to put you in touch with the relevant copyright owner. Having rented my home for major movie productions and appeared in front of camera too, I am experienced in the filming process and its requirements, and you will find me an understanding and supportive host. There is also a private communal garden, fountain, swimming pool with pool house and open fire, which are not included in the rental fee for the house, but would be available with the agreement of, and separate fee paid to, the HOA.
