Hidden Eclectic Social Lounge across from Big, Open Park

This Emeryville loft has been carefully crafted over the last 12 years to feel both spacious and cozy at the same time. It has historically been a photography studio and is entering a new phase of expanding into a venue for intimate gatherings, live acoustic shows, off-site socials, and indoor/outdoor events with the large park right across the street. There is a main open area that has an open floor that can be easily transformed into a large seating area or kept open to allow for lots of free movement about the space. There are two bedrooms set up as lounges to invite a more relaxed social environment. A large kitchen is also available with a water filter installed directly into the sink and multiple sets of tableware and glassware. Ample seating is available, with ~20 chair backs and many cushions to be used for floor seating. The aesthetic of the space is particularly unique and is specifically crafted to create a sense of warmth, color, and inspiration for those who spend time in the loft. Dimmers are installed in the main lighting to help create different kinds of atmospheres that may be desired. There are still plenty of different parts of the loft that can be a great series of sets for a photography shoot.
