Welcome to our Downtown Vancouver's Colorful Meeting Space, where the vibrant energy of the city meets the comfort of a cozy living room. Nestled on the ground level facing W 7th Street in the heart of downtown Vancouver, our space offers easy, no-stairs access to all its amenities. Upon entering you'll be greeted by the adorning 25-foot stunning hand-painted mural showcasing Vancouver's iconic landmarks, creating a captivating backdrop for meetings, networking events, or book clubs. The exposed brick adds a touch of urban charm to the ambiance. The space accommodates up to 40 for standing networking events. The large conference table that fills the main space comfortably accommodates 10 individuals, with space for up to 12 tightly. For intimate conversations or breakout sessions, our beautifully lit living room space provides a cozy atmosphere bathed in natural light, perfect for both productive discussions and memorable photo opportunities. Additionally, two small conference rooms offer seating for four each, providing flexibility for smaller gatherings or private discussions. Need to refuel during your event? Our kitchen is fully equipped with complimentary coffee, tea, and instant hot water, along with essential amenities such as a refrigerator/freezer, mini dishwasher, microwave, and sink area. If you're planning a buffet-style serving, the kitchen easily accommodates up to two 6-foot tables (not currently provided). We understand the importance of comfort for all guests, which is why our facilities include a bathroom with an infant changing station and remote-controlled mini splits for easy temperature control, ensuring everyone's comfort throughout your event. Whether you're hosting a presentation, workshop, or seminar, our audio/visual setup includes a 50-inch TV with Apple ID and HDMI connections, available for use in both the conference room and living room areas. We also welcome outside catering to enhance your event experience.
