This spacious 2000sq ft. industrial loft provides a ton of natural light coming in through its Eastern facing, floor to ceiling windows. Its industrial chic design provide for great production, photography, event imagery. Restrooms are available as well. ******PLEASE READ!!!****** The given REGULAR times are (Monday-Friday 8:00AM-7PM) are the available hours that this loft is available. ALL BOOKINGS THAT FALL OUTSIDE OF THE AVAILABLE TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO A RATE OF $45/HOUR. 110 Electricity is provided. Restrooms are available. If inquiring about booking under the 2 hour minimum. A premium total of $60 will be charged per hour under 2 hours. e.g. 1 hour = $60 *******NOTE****** ALL RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE BASED ON VARIABLES OF THE PRODUCTION.
