Spa Room with Sink (Aesthetician, Nails, Laser, salon, manicure, pedicure)

We have rooms with or without sink available for hourly rental . Our space is located in downtown Toronto​ - 115 Wolseley Street (close to Bathurst and Queen Street West intersection). Multiple rooms available. These rooms are ideal if you are providing beauty services or treatment like nail, skin, eyebrows, manicure, pedicure, barber, laser and similar. We also rent rooms for other purposes: - content creation - office space for meetings - physiotherapy, massage, chiro, naturopath, reiki, etc. - psychotherapy We are open to other purposes and provide flexible and favourable terms. It's best to hop on a call and then meet in person to discuss whether we are a good fit. We also have sauna on site that can be used with our prior approval. We are looking for renters who will be respectful of the space and not cause any damage or disturbances to the space. We take great care of the space and we expect the same from you. The space is noise/vibration sensitive so you have to be mindful of this (no intense jumping, shouting, loud music, lifting heavy weights or similar).
