This historic home, born in nineteen sixteen, has been meticulously redesigned and handcrafted by our team to provide the perfect canvas for your creative endeavors! • Our studio is an ideal setting for photoshoots, events, showers, brand launches, and stay tuned for upcoming weddings events. • Appointments made through Peerspace are strictly for 8 persons or less photoshoots only. • This studio relies on natural light. Please consider this when renting the space, as lighting varies throughout the day and is influenced by weather conditions. We cannot be held responsible for the lighting on the day of your reservation. We trust that all renters can maintain the studio's cleanliness, hence we've waived the cleaning fee. Our aim is to provide a cost-effective creative space without additional charges. Let's keep the studio clean and conducive for everyone's enjoyment! Between appointments, we will inspect the studio's condition and perform thorough cleaning procedures, including vacuuming, sanitizing high-touch surfaces, and refreshing the bathrooms.

Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation de 7 jours à 24 heures avant l'heure de début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement de 50 % (frais non compris) du prix de leur réservation.
