Located within our larger penthouse office space, our trio of conference rooms sit adjacent to one another along the north (street-facing) side of the office, and are separated from the rest of the space by the lobby and library. All three rooms have huge windows on their northern walls, and offer spectacular views of the NYC skyline and Empire State Building. IMPORTANT: At the moment we are only booking on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and weekends. Please, no birthday or other social parties - thank you for understanding. THE SPACE This entire top floor of an historic building in Flatiron houses our design agency, The Working Assembly. Two private elevators lead from the manned reception area and open to our penthouse floor. Windows on all four sides as well as numerous skylights provide an abundance of sunny natural light all day, with amazing views of rooftops, water towers, and the Empire State Building. When booking our conference rooms, you will have access to our three en-suite bathrooms, our kitchen with dishwasher, hot and cold filtered water dispenser, coffee machine, superautomatic espresso machine, microwave, toaster oven, ice maker, and a full-sized fridge/freezer. The building also features a freight elevator with a separate street entrance, fast fiber optic internet, and a professional laser printer/copier. THE CONFERENCE ROOMS 1. Large Conference Room Positioned in the northwest corner, this expansive room comfortably accommodates groups of 12-20 individuals -Conference table sits up to 12 people, with extra chairs available -Two additional lounge chairs are located in the back of the room -Equipped with a wall-mounted 75-inch smart TV + Google meet hardware for video conference calls 2. Medium-Sized Conference Room Combining functionality with intimacy, our medium-sized room caters to smaller groups of up to 8 people. -Conference table seats up 6 people, with 2 additional chairs available -Wall-mounted 65-inch smart TV + Google meet hardware for video conference calls -Dry erase board 3. Small Conference Room Our small conference room provides a cozy setting for gatherings of up to 4 individuals. -Table with four plush armchairs -Wall-mounted dry erase board -Perfect for breakout discussions or one-on-one meetings BOOKING INFORMATION Please note that this listing pertains specifically to the booking of all three conference rooms within our larger office space. This means that while bookings will have exclusive access to the conference rooms, the remaining office space will be open for use by our team members. A floor plan is provided in the listing photos, indicating areas where renters have exclusive and private access, shared access, and areas occupied by other parties. Our office space is available for use in a number of different configurations. Conference rooms can be booked individually or together. For those who want exclusive access to the full penthouse space, the entire floor is available as well.
