Modern Condo on Bernal Heights' Northern Slope

Our home is minimally furnished, yet tastefully decorated with white walls and tiles, and light to medium wood tones with a few hits of black steel. It is the top-floor condominium of a recently renovated 2-unit building located on the northern slope of Bernal Heights. It's at the foot of Bernal Hill and perfectly perched within the neighborhood to allow for unobstructed views of the Mission, Potrero Hill, and downtown with the Bay and Mt. Diablo in the distance towards the east. It is compact, yet comfortable—3 bedrooms with a private 18' x 6' deck off of the primary, 2 bathrooms (the primary on-suite has a walk-in shower and the guest has a bathtub), a living room/dining room with an 18' x 6' deck and a roomy and modern kitchen with a small partial island. The space is full of natural sunlight—the interior bathrooms have skylights. Our home would work well for a shoot, stills, or video.

Please leave my home as clean as you found it. I use Orange Glo on the wood table and mantle. I vacuum and then, mop the wood floors with Bona. I windex the mirrors. I use disinfectant wipes and/or spray to clean surfaces. I use vinegar and water on the terrazzo tiles. I use stainless steel wipes for the stainless steel appliances.
