About us, all are welcome!  Primarily an outdoor venue we offer multiple ceremony options, including a 30x60 concrete patio, 1,800 sq ft, and an 80-year-old 36x60 tobacco barn, 2,160 sq ft (not climate controlled), and can host any event up to 150 guests. The house is 3,000 sq ft with a large kitchen, great for cocktail-style indoor events for up to 50 guests. If utilized for weddings, the home is easy to divide into two parts for a day of preparation, each side has access to a full-sized bathroom. There’s an event-level restroom for guests. Smoking and vaping are restricted to outside spaces only: 4twenty friendly. No vendor restrictions. We try to host themed collective wedding ceremonies, ticketed events open to the public, as a fun quick way to get married without “just” going to the courthouse. One side of the house hosts a beautiful decorative fireplace, a large screen TV w/DirectTV, a piano, and a billiard table for your use. Typically used for groomsmen for wedding preparation, with access to standard bathroom with tub/shower combo. First-floor access. The other side of the home is typically utilized by brides during wedding preparations. A beautiful bridal suite with lots of mirrors, natural light, and a den that hosts a table and chairs for hair and makeup, plus access to a large bathroom with a luxurious soaking tub and laundry room, no shower. First-floor access. The upstairs space is a huge loft with a private 1/2 bath and a mini-fridge with a freezer. This loft has independent HVAC as well as ceiling and floor fans. For 2025 this space will host a child care room for an upcharge.
