Located right off the Chicago Blue Line Stop and I-90, our studio is in the heart of West Town and provides convenient access whether coming from downtown or outside the city. Combining natural light from multiple directions, this open floor plan studio is the perfect space for your next photo shoot or video production. The studio is located on the ground level of a corner lot, allowing light to flood in from the north and east sides during the day. The open floor plan leaves you the freedom to make your artistic vision come true. Whether you need a white wall or prefer the look of exposed brick, this studio is truly customizable to your needs. Wide double doors behind the building allow for easy load-in and load out of equipment. There is also a brand new kitchenette complete with sink, full size refrigerator, and 12 foot countertop perfect for catered food for all guests onsite. Hi there! I'm Becky with Bloom and Gather Photography. I specialize in freezing time during the most fleeting seasons of life - weddings, newborns, and the "little years" with your kids. I am a firm believer that wedding days should come with a photographer that takes stress off your plate rather than adding to it, that family and portrait sessions should be fun - not stressful, and that newborn sessions should be beautiful and safe! I promise you that you will only here me say “cheese” during your family’s session if your kids just asked me what my favorite food is. You also won’t see me get frustrated or impatient with your newborn who may not want to immediately settle for me. That’s so normal, and completely okay. If anything, it’s to be expected!
As a mom, I understand that kids (and babies) need to have the space to be themselves in order to get the best shot. I want you to look back at these photos for years to come and immediately think back to how much fun you had - not how stressed you were.
