Boutique yoga studio and workshop space located in the Casa de Oro-Mt Helix neighborhood in Spring Valley, a suburb less than 20 minutes east of Downtown San Diego. Feel like you're perched in the giant fig trees surrounding the building, with the beautiful green canopies as your view from the studio windows. The space has a warm and calming ambiance that will make you and your guests feel comfortable and welcome. The space is ideal for Yoga, Teacher Trainings, Fitness Classes, Meditation Classes, Sound Baths, Meet Ups, Rehearsals etc. Rent the studio by the hour or day, rates vary according to usage. Full day rentals for classes, workshops, small events, or rehearsals available on Saturdays and Sundays. Available weekday evenings for group classes or meetings. Yoga props, i.e., mats, bolster cushions, blankets, towels, blocks, and straps are available for use and included in studio rental price. Studio has WiFi access and is equipped with Bluetooth PA speaker, and medical grade UV air purifier. Studio movement space can accommodate the following group sizes approximately; Yoga: 10-12, Fitness Class: 12-15, Class/Meeting: 20 seated, Event: 25 standing. The studio is on the second floor of a commercial building accessible by stairs only. Restroom and kitchenette in the unit, with microwave, mini fridge and filtered watercooler for use. Space is shared with a solo massage therapy practice on weekdays only. Free lot/street parking available surrounding building. Restaurants and grocery store within walking distance.
