The space undergoes thorough cleaning and disinfection procedures, adhering strictly to the guidelines provided by local health authorities. Emphasis is placed on disinfecting high-touch surfaces and shared amenities to ensure a hygienic environment. Soft, porous materials are either meticulously cleaned or replaced as necessary to maintain cleanliness standards. Bookings are strategically spaced apart to facilitate enhanced cleaning measures between each reservation. Prior to each booking, hosts are mandated to undertake a series of cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and overall space maintenance. Additionally, hosts are required to furnish hand washing stations with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer meeting a minimum alcohol content of 60%, as well as diligently clean common areas accessible to guests, such as bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances, while also managing provided amenities and waste disposal with equal diligence.
