Yoga Temple in the Heart of Long Island City

Our studio is located in the heart of Long Island City in a quiet building run by a family. They have been restoring picture frames for many years. Entering the building, you can see their works and historical handwriting. As for our space, it is truly unique - Panoramic windows let in daylight throughout the day creating a unique atmosphere of tranquility and joy. The noise-insulating glasses protect us from the outside world, allowing us to plunge into our practice.
