Before each rental period, our staff thoroughly clean and disinfect the entire studio space, including all surfaces, equipment, and props. We use EPA-approved disinfectants that are effective against COVID-19 and other viruses. These disinfectants are applied to all high-touch surfaces, such as door handles, light switches, countertops, and equipment. Special attention is given to high-traffic areas and frequently touched surfaces to minimize the risk of transmission. This includes cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, dressing rooms, and common areas. All studio equipment, including cameras, tripods, lights, and microphones, are cleaned and sanitized before and after each use. This includes wiping down surfaces with disinfectant wipes and using UV-C light sanitizers for additional sterilization. Our staff are equipped with appropriate personal protective equipment, including masks and gloves, when cleaning and interacting with clients. We also encourage clients to wear masks and practice social distancing while in the studio. Our studio is equipped with proper ventilation systems to ensure good air circulation and ventilation. We also encourage opening windows and doors when feasible to allow fresh air to flow into the space. Hand sanitizer stations are available throughout the studio for clients and staff to use regularly. We encourage frequent handwashing and proper hand hygiene practices to reduce the spread of germs. Clear signage is displayed throughout the studio to remind clients and staff of COVID-19 safety protocols, including mask-wearing, hand hygiene, and social distancing. We also communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on our cleaning procedures and any changes to our policies. We continuously monitor guidance from health authorities and update our cleaning procedures accordingly. This includes staying informed about new cleaning products, disinfection techniques, and best practices for COVID-19 prevention.
