The Party Room (Base Rental) The Party Room is the heart of every booking — a 40’ x 12’ space that can be set for dining, mingling, or themed décor. It’s perfect for showers, dinners, meetings, or as the central gathering area for kids’ parties. Designed to allow for lower-cost dinners, meetings and events. Included: • 500 sq. ft. of versatile event space • Kitchenette for food prep and storage • One private bathroom • Flexible layouts with on-site rentals and design assistance available Rate: $100/hr (4-hour minimum) The Playroom Experience (Premium Add-On) Turn your event into an immersive kids’ celebration with our Playroom Experience, available as an hourly add-on. Maximum children allowed - 15. This exclusive space includes: • Sandbox Room – safe, indoor sand play • Sensory & Art Studio – hands-on creative activities with access to art supplies • Imaginative Play Room – costumes, pretend play, and storytelling corners • Recreation Room – active fun for energetic kids • Dedicated kids’ bathroom for convenience Rate: $500/hr (all-inclusive with additional cleaning + reset) Rule: Children must fully exit the Playroom at the end of their reserved time. Additional hours may be added in advance. Example: 4 hour rental of the Party Room plus 2 hour playtime - 30 minute setup/ 30 minute breakdown - 2 hours playtime - 1 hour eating and cake The Hidden Speakeasy Lounge (Adult Add-On plus additional cleaning fee) Located in the cellar of our historic townhouse, the Speakeasy is an unforgettable adult add-on. Perfect for cocktail hours, parent mingling, or late-night gatherings, this moody lounge seats up to 20 guests located steps below the Party Room. This is perfect for those wanting a more fun birthday experience - allowing adults to slip away to a secret area within the party. For dinner guests, this intimate lounge provides a unique experience unlike other dinner parties - with dark, moody walls, velvet curtains and a vintage vibe - it will elevate any event experience. Features: • Wet bar for serving drinks • Cocktail tables & lounge seating • Music system for curated playlists • Optional bartender add-on ($250) Rate: $100/hour (minimum of 4 hours) Our venue isn’t just a rental — it’s a customizable experience. We offer: • On-site rentals & furniture packages • Party design & décor services • Space modifications to fit your vision • Staff add-ons (bartender, event support, servers) - Please note that babysitting services must be booked with outside vendors.
