Spacious Beverly Hills Home with Mediterranean Courtyard and Indoor Pool

Welcome to 1024 Lexington, a spacious and grand Mediterranean home located just north of Sunset Blvd in Beverly Hills. This is a home made for entertaining and beautiful shoots, with a large enclosed courtyard, a fountain, and a beautiful indoor pool. The indoor space can be utilized in many different ways, from intimate dinners and photoshoots to large-scale film shoots highlighting the different rooms including the brightly lit living room, the classic library, and the full-wall mirrored yoga room. The outdoor courtyard is a dream space, with a full-size fountain, string lighting, Cantera stones, and a large grassy lounge area. For production, we've hosted everything from small product shoots to production teams of 30+. And for entertaining, we've hosted everything from intimate dinners to large-scale catered parties with a full bar. The outdoor stone garden is perfect for smaller group gatherings, dinners, or shoots. Lastly, the one-of-a-kind indoor pool and jacuzzi are always a crowd favorite for guests and the camera.
