This is a very unique home, nestled in the woods with three stories of windows for great natural light. The homeowner has original art pieces filling the walls, allowing for great backdrops. The natural lighting, combined with the art makes it a fabulous place for photo shoots, video shoots, commercials, etc. Quiet surroundings that make it perfect for recording projects or a writers day. The whole home is fully available and private to you. Multiple levels of rooms can be used creatively and make for a variety of shots that can be taken from different angles from the staircases|catwalk. The home has a full kitchen, surround sound projection system in basement with blackout curtains, and room for up to 10 guests. Plenty of bedrooms for breakout space, privacy, or dressing rooms. Fiber optics are wired into the space for seamless Wi-Fi. It feels like you are in a treehouse!
