WHAT'S INCLUDED: 🪑Seating & Layout: Tables and chairs for 50 guests, a cozy patio lounge with fire pit table, a large Igloo ice cooler, small bar, and a mini fridge. 🌞 Lighting & Ambiance: Privacy hedge lighting provides nice ambiance. The house has Govee trim lighting for additional ambiance lighting. Custom colors upon request. 🔊 Speakers: Dual ION portable Bluetooth speakers (already synced) for balanced, surround-style sound. Auxiliary and radio options also available. 📺 Indoor Access: Use of the living room and one restroom only. Please note: kitchen and dining areas are not included. You are welcome to use the mini-fridge which in the living room. 🚗 Accessibility & Extras: On-site parking, wheelchair-friendly paths, one bathroom, dolly for transporting items, and ladder available upon request.
