Situated on an unassuming cul-de-sac, walk through the gate to a scenic, inviting backyard on top of a hill in the West Valley of Los Angeles. The private pool with connected hot-tub has sweeping valley views, lounge chairs, modern seating areas, a table for 8, a pergola for shade outfitted with a fan and heat lamps, a hammock, a grill and a Sonos sound system. All topped off with picture perfect sunsets nightly! The pool is surrounded by lush, colorful landscaping for privacy and a pathway with access to a bathroom. Also available are floats, pool volleyball, pool basketball, and a cooler. The pool area is accessible (there are no stairs) and only a short driveway. The pool is NOT available for porn. But is available for: - commercials - music videos - TV or Movie scenes - Advertising - Video Shoots - Editorial - Photo Shoots - families who want to swim for a couple hours - small groups of grown friends looking to swim and sunbath for a few hours Street parking is ample and free. Dogs are permitted for an additional fee. For your comfort, the pool and hot tub can be heated during your shoot. Just remember, there's an additional fee for this upgrade, which you can easily include in the add-ons section of your booking. The pool stretches 34 feet in length, 16 feet in width with a depth of 8 feet. As for the hot tub, it measures a generous 6 feet by 6 feet.
