Our space is ideal for: Special Events Birthday Parties Networking Events Product Launches Fitness and Dance Classes Art Gallery Presentations And Many Other Pop-Up Ideas Our flexible and cost-effective venue is suitable for both startups and established businesses in the DC area. Whether you need a space for a one-time event, a short-term engagement, recurring events, or even a longer-term commitment, we are here to meet your needs. In addition to the usable space of approximately 800 sq ft., there is an on-site refrigerated cooler, three sink area and counter, with toaster oven and microwave and bathroom. Tables (4 folding 6ft tables, 2 folding 4ft tables), chairs (white resin folding chairs) and tablecloths may be used at extra cost, invoiced prior to the event. 2 wood outdoor patio cafe tables and six matching chairs are included at no extra charge.
