The Stage is a versatile 3,700-square-foot multi-use space designed to support a wide range of creative and production needs. It serves as a blank canvas for photo shoots, music videos, commercial productions, rehearsals, and more.
Built to fill a gap in the Chicago creative community, The Stage combines a professional-grade environment, excellent amenities, and competitive pricing.
It is also an ideal option for bands and professional touring artists seeking a large-scale rehearsal space to fully test sound, lighting, and production elements before heading out on the road.
As of September 1, 2025, the studio has been professionally sound treated. While not completely soundproof, the space has been acoustically optimized to support high-quality audio recording and live production rehearsals.
