Ideal for events, pop-up showrooms, product launches, private gatherings, and creative productions, this open-concept space features 12 ft ceilings, polished floors, and large windows that flood the area with natural light. The layout allows for flexible configurations, accommodating everything from intimate gatherings to larger-scale activations. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, climate control, modern lighting, and a private restrooms. Conveniently located near public transportation, our space offers easy access for guests and clients alike. Whether you’re hosting a corporate event, fashion presentation, or art exhibit, this dynamic Midtown location sets the stage for memorable experiences. We have 4 security surveillance cameras and it will only be used in case of any disputes. Our Studio manager is on site and we take a look at the security cameras once in a while just to make sure everything is going well at the studio. Standard 30 jours
Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation jusqu'à 30 jours avant l'heure de début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement intégral (y compris tous les frais) du prix de leur réservation. Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation de 30 jours à 7 jours avant le début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement de 50 % (frais non compris) du prix de leur réservation.
