The apartment has a ton of natural light throughout, mainly by the dining area, and some indirect light in the living room as it has north-facing windows. The space has been used for concept and fashion photo shooting, as well as video recording and meetings.
This is an old apartment building. You won't find the open space concept here, rather, all the rooms, common and private, are well compartmentalized. Also, there is a spacious balcony with string lighting and patio furniture.
There are extension cords throughout.
